About the Author

Peter Howarth has been listening to podcasts since he was in middle school, with some of his biggest influences being Bill Simmons and Scott Van Pelt. His love for sports brought him to the University of Connecticut, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management in 2022. He then graduated with a master's degree in Sports Journalism from Quinnipiac University in 2024.

He currently hosts two podcasts: Seven Seconds Or More and Throwback Staturday, the latter of which won the 2024 Quinnipiac Golden Mic Award for Best Podcast Host.
